COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio State basketball team hosts Indiana today in the only regular-season game between the two this season.

Where: Schottenstein Center; Columbus, Ohio.
When: Saturday, Noon.
Ohio State: Duane Washington Jr. (14.8 ppg), Justin Ahrens (7.2 ppg), Justice Sueing (10.4 ppg), E.J. Liddell (14.9 ppg), Kyle Young (8.9 ppg).
Indiana: Al Durham (11.4 ppg), Rob Phinisee (7.3 ppg), Armaan Franklin (12.8 ppg), Race Thompson (9.9 ppg), Trayce Jackson-Davis (19.4 ppg).
What to Watch For
Ohio State has risen to No. 4 in the AP poll and is chasing No. 3 Michigan — expected to return to play on Valentines Day — at the top of the Big Ten standings as their Feb. 22 meeting looms. As it continues to build a resume for a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, it needs to keep dominating those teams that sit in the middle of the conference.
The Hoosiers arrive following back-to-back wins over Iowa and a double-overtime thriller over Northwestern. They haven’t won more than two games in a row all season. The offense runs primarily through Jackson-Davis, but you can’t focus on just one player — Jackson-Davis, Franklin and Durham average double-digit scoring, and Thompson essentially does.
Stephen’s pick: The Buckeyes are clicking on offense and their defense is improving with each game. They’ve also learned from problems exposed over the past nine games have improved in putting teams away. At the moment, this is the only B1G team with 10 conference wins. 80-67 Ohio State.
